I've heard some the older stuff from the self-titled album and wasn't terribly impressed. It sounded like very rudimentary electronic-- but this was also a few years ago. I've heard a lot of good things about them since but haven't ever really taken the time to listen. I imagine that they've grown substantially since the self-titled album.
By the way, Vicious Delicious was awesome.
I'm mixed in Vicious Delicious. There's a great strong point early on, minus the first track, but then after track 4 or 5 it just kind of dies IMO. Suliman is one of my favorites of the CD and Infected overall. The pseudo 80's butt rock is the shit. I think it's track 4.
This stuff is simplistic (not too much different than their older stuff), but not boring really. While it might be elementary in form, I try no to discriminate.
