It is clear that you took the higher road than I.
Are you still talking about getting Bad Company? I've lost almost all interest after playing the demo for so long. I feel that changing the scenery isn't enough to keep me in the game for that long.
Honestly, I didn't really like the game too much. I don't have xboxlive currently, so I didn't get to try out the multiplayer, but from what I saw of the single player, I wasn't by any means impressed (enough to spend $60, anyway). I dunno, it just didn't do anything for me.
And as for spore, I definitely made numerous variations of "penis monster" before finally deciding I needed to make a real creature.
