Monstrosity in My Living Room!
Please excuse the blurryness, I am anything but a photographer. The speakers sitting on the ground are killing me since the are actually below the level of our coffee table. They desperately need stands.
As you can see, I ended up getting the 46V4100 from Sony. I haven't really been able to test the HD out much considering the highest rated source I have is my 360 (720p). I did watch some 1080i being broadcasted, and it looked extremely nice and sharp. The colors are exceptionally vibrant.
I will probably grab a PS3 sooner or later, as it would be crime not to have a BD player paired with this TV.
I am somewhat glad I missed out on that 60" DLP. That would have been extremely overkill for this sized room. I could see myself getting nausea just watching it. Then again... it would have been pretty cool nonetheless!

Never again will be you able to look at a CRT television.
I was thinking about that earlier. I suppose that is a bad thing.
Hah, so do you have the discount hookup? And can said hookup be given to friends?
I would have to order it through my account. I believe you could log in with my username and pw, use your credit card, and ship it to your place. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's possible as long as you don't buy in bulk, as I'm sure they watch for that.
